Bakery Machine Operator **Role Overview** In this full-time position, you will be responsible for setting up, running, monitoring, and maintaining our food processing and packaging production lines. This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on safety compliance, quality control, and ensuring consistent, high-volume output. **Key Responsibilities** * **Machine Operation:** Set up and operate food processing, dough handling, and packaging machinery. * **Line Monitoring:** Continuously monitor production lines for output consistency, defects, or mechanical jams. * **Packaging & Palletizing:** Package finished baked goods and securely palletize them for distribution. * **Maintenance:** Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment to keep the line running smoothly. * **Quality Control:** Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products meet strict texture, size, and presentation standards. * **Safety & Sanitation:** Maintain a clean work area and strictly follow all safety, sanitation, and food safety rules. **Physical Requirements & Working Conditions** * Must be able to stand for long shifts lasting 8 to 10 hours. * Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. * Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, twisting, pushing, and reaching. * Comfortable working in a commercial bakery environment with varying temperatures and industrial noise levels.
