Position: Quality Control Inspector – 2nd Shift ⏰ Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour (based on experience)

- Precision & Safety: Verify equipment calibration status, use dimensional measuring tools, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience: 1–2 years in quality inspection, medical device assembly, or manufacturing.
- Math & Analytical Skills: Proficient in basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Communication & Tech: English language skills (verbal/written) and basic computer proficiency.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Inspection & Testing: Perform in-process and final inspections across production lines using engineering drawings, blueprints, and dimensional measuring tools.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain Device History Records (DHRs), report nonconforming materials (DMRs), log inspection metrics, and adhere strictly to GMP guidelines and safety regulations.
- Equipment & Station Maintenance: Verify calibration status of critical instruments, prepare retain samples, and keep work areas clean (5S principles).
- Math & Analytical Skills: Proficient in basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and precision measuring.
- Communication & Computer Skills: Excellent English language skills (speaking, reading, writing) and basic computer proficiency to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Able to read specifications, procedures, and basic blueprints with exceptional attention to detail.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1–2 years in quality inspection, medical assembly, or manufacturing (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
