Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and operate extrusion blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment according to daily production plans.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process issues promptly to minimize machine downtime and maintain target cycle times.
- Monitor product quality continuously to ensure manufactured parts meet strict technical specifications and quality standards.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs on molds, extruders, and downstream machinery.
- Adjust temperature, pressure, and cycle time settings to optimize material usage and reduce scrap rates.
- Maintain clear production logs, equipment maintenance records, and material usage documentation throughout shift operations.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and team members to ensure a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Adapt working hours and tasks flexibly as required by fluctuating operational demands and urgent client orders.
