Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Machine & Setup Support: Assist senior operators in preparing Die Cutting, Water Jet, and Lamination equipment, including gathering raw materials, setting up tooling, and loading stock.
- Hands-On Operation: Work directly alongside experienced operators during production runs to build practical, daily experience on specialized industrial machinery.
- Material Handling & Prep: Unload raw materials, stage supplies at the machinery stations, and feed components into the machines safely and efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections of finished cut and laminated parts to catch defects, verify dimensions, and maintain company quality standards.
- Post-Production & Staging: Offload completed products, perform light deburring or trimming as needed, and bundle/package finished goods for shipping or the next stage of production.
- Station Maintenance & Safety: Keep work areas, cutting beds, and equipment clean, clear of debris, and operating safely in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Cross-Training & Growth: Actively participate in on-the-job training to learn machine controls, troubleshooting routines, and advanced operating techniques for long-term career advancement.
