- Education/Experience: Associate’s degree in a technical discipline and 3–5 years of industrial maintenance, planning, or equipment installation experience.
- Systems: Proficiency in CMMS/ERP systems (PLEX preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of PM/PdM, asset management, and ability to interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and manuals.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, planning, and collaborative communication skills.
- Computer: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in capital projects, commissioning, and manufacturing startups.
- Background in maintenance strategy development, BOM/spare parts planning, and criticality assessments.
- Expertise in establishing PM programs and standard maintenance procedures.
- strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Environment: Hybrid office and production floor setting.
- Physical: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Asset & System Development: Maintain equipment records and hierarchies, configure maintenance systems (including PMs and inspections), and ensure data accuracy prior to operational turnover.
- Strategy Development: Design comprehensive maintenance plans, standard operating procedures, and spare parts strategies based on reliability best practices and manufacturer recommendations.
- Startup & Turnover: Oversee the acceptance and turnover process, verify readiness for production, and coordinate necessary documentation with vendors and contractors.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and quality teams to maintain high safety and performance standards while providing training and support to maintenance staff.
