Responsibilities

• hipping Systems Management: Manage and execute all transactions within the ERP and shipping manifest systems. This includes generating shipping labels, processing bills of lading, and ensuring all data entry is accurate and complete.
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare materials for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging orders according to customer and quality standards.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain precise records for all incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to schedule pickups and monitor delivery timelines. Resolve any shipping discrepancies, such as damaged goods or short shipments, in a timely manner.
• Inventory Control: Assist in periodic inventory counts and maintain organization of shipping supplies, storage racks, and parts bins. Monitor inventory levels and advise management of shortages.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline shipping workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce shipping costs.

The essential functions of this role include:
