Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a hands-on role in building, testing, calibrating, and packaging high-precision electronic monitoring hardware. Working on-site in a clean, organized environment, you will use standard hand tools and power drills to assemble products, apply precision enclosure labeling, flash firmware, and perform end-to-end quality control checks. This is an ideal full-time opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of manufacturing experience who thrives in a lean production setting using 5S, Kanban, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Product Assembly & Kitting: Build high-precision electronic hardware from raw materials to finished goods using hand tools, power drills, and technical work order travelers.
- Testing, Calibration & Firmware: Flash firmware, calibrate specialized equipment (including current transformers), and conduct initial hardware troubleshooting.
- Quality Control & Precision Finishes: Apply enclosure labeling with high precision and perform end-to-end quality checks across build, finalization, and packaging stages.
- Process Optimization: Maintain clean, lean manufacturing workflows adhering to 5S, Kanban, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
