We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tool Crib Attendant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the gatekeeper of our inventory—ensuring our team has the right tools at the right time. You won't just be handing out wrenches; you’ll be managing a high-volume inventory system, operating machinery to move heavy equipment, and maintaining the digital records that keep our production floor running smoothly. Issue and receive tools, materials, and equipment. Perform regular cycle counts to ensure 100% inventory accuracy. Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload heavy tooling and palletized supplies. Use Microsoft Excel to track usage trends and Microsoft Word to create internal memos or safety procedures. Inspect tools for wear and tear upon return; coordinate repairs or replacements as needed. To be successful in this role, you need to be a hybrid of a warehouse pro and an administrative whiz. Experience: 1–2 years in a warehouse, manufacturing, or tool crib environment. Proven experience with a focus on safety. Ability to update spreadsheets, use basic formulas, and filter data. MS Word and basic documentation. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Must be flexible with hours.
