Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistical workflows including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
  
  
• Manage, schedule, and train warehouse personnel to maintain peak team productivity and morale.
  
  
• Maintain precise inventory metrics through regular cycle counts and system reconciliation.
  
  
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize storage density and throughput speed.
  
  
• Coordinate with freight carriers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery schedules.
  
  
• Enforce facility safety procedures and regulatory compliance to ensure a zero-incident workplace.
  
  
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and execute cost-reduction strategies.
  
  
• Manage labor allocation, operational budgets, and facility maintenance schedules.
