If you have experience working on a factory floor and want a job where you use your eye for detail instead of just doing heavy lifting, this is for you! No prior Quality Control experience is needed—we will pay you to train on the job and learn valuable food safety skills (HACCP & SQF).
What You’ll Do:
- Check Products: Test items on the line for proper weight, temperature, pH, and appearance.
- Inspect Materials: Check incoming ingredients and packaging before they go to production.
- Keep Equipment Clean: Help perform sanitation checks, swabs, and allergen tests.
- Spot Bad Batches: Put non-matching items on hold and help figure out what went wrong.
- Daily Logging: Fill out simple daily food safety checklists and production logs.
- Reliable workers with basic factory, warehouse, or production experience.
- Good attention to detail and simple math/reading skills.

Responsibilities
