Key Responsibilities
- Verify Orders: Match outgoing items against packing slips to ensure exact quantities and products.
- Pack & Label: Box, weigh, and seal shipments securely, attaching accurate carrier shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, Freight).
- Prepare Paperwork: Generate Bills of Lading (BOL), shipping manifests, and required export/customs documentation.
- Log Inventory: Update warehouse systems (WMS/ERP) in real time with tracking numbers and dispatched inventory.
- Load & Dispatch: Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to load delivery trucks and coordinate carrier handoffs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Proficiency with warehouse software (WMS/ERP) and shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager).
- Ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack (certification is a plus).
- Attention to detail and ability to lift up to 35lbs.
