Key Responsibilities:
- Pick electrical components (relays, PCBs, connectors, hardware) accurately using a Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Measure, cut, strip, and label wires to exact specifications using manual tools and wire-processing equipment.
- Package and deliver complete part kits to assembly bays to keep production running smoothly.
- Inspect incoming parts for quality, track inventory using barcode scanners, and maintain ESD-safe handling procedures.
- Prior experience in inventory control, warehousing, or manufacturing kitting preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to read part lists/BOMs.
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, point-to-point wiring diagrams, and engineering blueprints.
- Mount components (DIN rails, transformers, switches, circuit breakers) into enclosures or control panels.
- Strip, crimp, solder, route, and terminate wires and wiring harnesses cleanly.
- Perform quality checks and basic electrical testing using multimeters, continuity testers, or Hi-Pot equipment.
- 2+ years of experience in electrical or electromechanical assembly.
- Demonstrated ability to read schematic diagrams and blue-prints accurately.
- Proficient with hand tools, crimpers, wire strippers, soldering irons, and multimeters.
- High attention to detail regarding wire dressing, torque requirements, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities
Electronical Kitter-responsible for gathering, organizing, and preparing specific electrical parts, wiring, and components into kits so assembly line technicians or electricians have everything they need to build a product.
- Pick parts-resistors, circuit boards, relays, connectors.
- Wire Processions-measure, cut, strip, wires/cables
- Connect leads to terminals, switches, relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and Printed Circuit Boards
- Strip, crimp, solder, and insulate wire ends using hand tools, crimping machines, and heat guns.
- Install electrical panels, subassemblies, transformers, power supplies, switches, and DIN rails into enclosures or chassis using mechanical fasteners.
- Interpret multi-page wiring diagrams, point-to-point schematics, and mechanical assembly drawings
