About the Role Are you a master of toolpaths ready to lead programming strategy for complex, high-precision components? We are seeking an expert Senior CNC Programmer with 10+ years of experience to drive programming, machine setup, and continuous improvement across our precision shop.

What You’ll Do
- Advanced Programming: Write, prove, and maintain CNC programs for multi-axis machinery, including 5th-axis milling and lathes using Mastercam.
- Blueprint Execution: Interpret CAD models, 2D blueprints, and GD&T specs to determine optimal tooling and machining sequences.
- Shop Floor Collaboration: Partner with machinists to optimize setup, improve cycle efficiency, and troubleshoot production.
- Precision Quality Control: Perform First Article Inspections (FAI), mold/segment inspections, and measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and comparators.
- Data & Process Control: Track SPC data, manage program files, and drive shop standards (5S).
- Experience: 10+ years of CNC programming in high-precision manufacturing.
- Software Mastery: Expert in Mastercam (Mill/Lathe) and 5th-axis programming.
- Machining Expertise: strong setup/operational knowledge of Okuma lathes, HAAS mills, and Daewoo/Fanuc controls.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision measurement tools.
- Compliance: Ability to work autonomously and meet U.S. export control requirements (ITAR/EAR).
- Top Pay: Earn up to $124.8K annually depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- CNC Programming: Write, prove, send, and retrieve CNC programs for mills and lathes using Mastercam (including 5th-axis milling), interpreting blueprints and 3D models.
- Job Preparation & Setup: Review job orders per revision, set up mills and lathes, and maintain organized program files.
- Quality & Inspection: Perform First Article Inspections, complete full part inspections using precision measuring tools, and handle segment/mold inspections.
- Data Management: Input and collect Statistical Process Control (SPC) data via computer.
- Collaboration & Support: Work alongside machinists to optimize program efficiency and accuracy on existing equipment.
- Shop Standards & Maintenance: Complete daily paperwork, keep work areas clean, follow 5S standards, cross-train as needed, and execute additional machine shop duties assigned by management.
- Compliance: Follow all verbal/written instructions, safety rules, attendance policies, and ITAR compliance guidelines.
