- Rebuild and align mechanical systems, including gearboxes, bearings, and drive couplings.
- Execute fabrication and welding repairs using MIG, TIG, or Stick methods as needed.
- Rapidly respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime while strictly following safety and lockout/tagout protocols.

Responsibilities
Maintenance Equipment & Operations
- Troubleshoot and repair blown film extruders and auxiliary equipment.
- Diagnose AC/DC motors, drives, VFDs, heater bands, thermocouples, temperature controllers, and PID loops.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-based systems, including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, B&R, and similar platforms.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems supporting extrusion operations.
- Maintain and rebuild gearboxes, bearings, motors, couplings, and drive systems.
- Perform precision alignment of motors and rotating equipment.
- Perform welding and fabrication repairs using MIG, TIG, or Stick methods as needed.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Document maintenance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and lockout/tagout procedures.
