Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and monitor production equipment and machinery along the manufacturing line.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet strict food safety and company standards.
- Pack, stack, and stage finished products for shipping and distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and sanitation protocols.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and communicate mechanical needs to the maintenance team.
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to meet daily production goals.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by production demands.
- attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb stairs for extended 8-to-12-hour shifts.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that includes varying temperatures, loud noises, and moving machinery.
