Responsibilities
- Operación de maquinaria: Configurar, calibrar y operar de manera segura el equipo de fabricación farmacéutica, cumpliendo con las especificaciones del producto y los programas de producción.
- Manejo de materiales: Cargar manualmente materias primas, insumos de empaque y materiales a granel en la línea de producción para garantizar una operación continua.
- Despeje de línea: Realizar la sanitización de rutina, limpieza profunda y despeje de línea (line clearance) entre lotes para prevenir la contaminación cruzada.
- Cumplimiento y documentación: Seguir estrictamente las Normas de Correcta Fabricación (cGMP) y registrar con precisión los expedientes de lote (batch records) y bitácoras de equipo en tiempo real.
