Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Furniture Assembly: Put together a wide range of products according to detailed instruction manuals, technical diagrams, or digital guides.
- Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently operate basic hand tools and power tools to construct items accurately.
- Quality Inspection: Inspect all assembled items for structural stability, aesthetic flaws, proper alignment, and missing parts prior to display or customer pickup.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Receive incoming shipments, track stock levels, organize storage, and maintain high visual standards across both backroom and sales-floor areas.
- Customer Service & Support: Deliver exceptional customer service, answer product and assembly questions, and assist customers with loading assembled furniture into vehicles.
- Build Furniture: Assemble a wide range of products following detailed instruction manuals or digital guides.
- Use Tools: Safely operate basic hand and power tools to construct items correctly.
- Inspect Quality: Check assembled items for stability, flaws, and missing parts.
- Manage Inventory: Receive shipments, track stock levels, and maintain backroom or sales-floor standards.
- Assist Customers: Deliver great service, answer questions, or help load assembled furniture into customer vehicles.
