- Packing & Shipping: Manage the packing list area by carefully matching packing slips to the corresponding shipping cartons and applying accurate labels.
- Cross-Functional Support: Lead by example and jump in to support all warehouse functional areas whenever floor demand shifts.
- Language Skills: Fully fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively across our diverse floor team.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move comfortably for an 8-hour shift.
- Lifting Ability: Ability to safely lift and carry up to 45 lbs continuously throughout the shift.
