Senior Parts & Inventory Specialist | Charlotte, NC Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Pay: $60,000 – $65,000/year

We are hiring a high-ownership Senior Parts & Inventory Specialist to manage supply chain accuracy and serve as an operational resource for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control: Drive high inventory accuracy, maintain ideal reorder levels, and optimize turnover.
  
  
• Order Fulfillment: Process parts orders accurately and ensure seamless shipment follow-through.
  
  
• Logistics & Claims: Actively resolve open POs, backorders, RMAs, and warranty claims.
  
  
• Cross-Department Workflow: Streamline inventory organization, reporting, and team collaboration.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven senior-level experience in parts and inventory management.
  
  
• Problem-solving skills, reliability, and track record of disciplined transaction tracking.

Responsibilities

Key Performance Expectations  Maintain high inventory accuracy and disciplined inventory transactions.  Process parts orders accurately and on time, with shipment follow-through.  Maintain effective reorder levels that reduce stockouts without creating unnecessary overstock.  Follow up promptly on open purchase orders, backorders, RMAs, and warranty claims.  Support improved inventory turnover, organization, reporting, and cross-department workflow.  Demonstrate ownership, reliability, problem-solving, and communication while serving as a senior resource for Parts & Inventory.
