Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines according to production specifications and work instructions.
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
- Load raw materials and components into machinery.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Follow production schedules and meet established output goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate production issues, defects, and equipment concerns promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
