Shifts & Pay Rates All positions include Weekly Pay + Payday Advances via the Randstad app.
- Day Shift: Mon–Thurs | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $14.00 – $15.50/hr (3-Day Weekend)
- Night Shift: Mon–Thurs | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM | $15.00/hr (Skip heat & traffic)
- Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | $15.00 – $16.50/hr (4-Day Weekend)
Available Roles
1. Picker Packers
- What You'll Do: Pick retail items using RF scanners, pack orders accurately into shipping boxes, prep products for retail delivery, and maintain a clean station.
- Requirements: Comfortable walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 30–50 lbs throughout your shift. High attention to detail required.
- What You'll Do: Load and unload trucks, stack pallets, and use handheld scanners.
- Requirements: Comfortable continuously lifting up to 50 lbs (team lifting is used for heavier items).
