Responsibilities

• PIT & Forklift Operation: Safely and efficiently operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including stand-up/sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, stack, and stage materials throughout the facility.
  
  
• Quality Assurance & Pallet Wrapping: Inspect, secure, and wrap finished pallets to strict quality standards—ensuring proper weight distribution, film tension, and stabilization to prevent damage during transit.
  
  
• Shipment Verification: Perform thorough outbound checks against picking sheets and bills of lading to ensure 100% accuracy in SKU selection, unit counts, and order fulfillment.
  
  
• Self-Direction & Productivity: Maintain high productivity and focus during slow periods or down-times by independently seeking out task opportunities, such as restocking, organizing staging lanes, and conducting routine equipment checks.
  
  
• Teamwork & Load Balancing: Collaborate actively with warehouse peers to balance workload distribution, assist overloaded stations, and ensure shift throughput targets are met.
  
  
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct required daily pre-shift equipment inspections, adhere to all OSHA and workplace safety guidelines, and immediately report any maintenance issues or hazards.
