- Experience: Up to 1 year of related warehouse or labor experience (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
- Certifications: Ability to earn a Forklift Certification within 90 days of hire.
- Core Skills: basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), solid problem-solving abilities, and reliable attendance.
- Team Mindset: Great balance of working independently while supporting your crew.
- Regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs by hand.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and balance throughout shift.
- Comfort working with computer screens/scanners and visual focus adjustments.

Responsibilities
- Move & Store Materials: Load, unload, stage, and secure items on pallets, racks, and vehicles using safe bracing and padding techniques.
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate designated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, rider jacks, sit-down/standup lifts up to 5K) following company training.
- Scan & Track: Use RF scanners to track inventory, attach labels, count/weigh items, and complete daily logs.
- Maintain Quality & Safety: Follow standard operating procedures, complete required paperwork, and keep the work environment clean and safe.
