- Experience: 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Certification: Ability to obtain a company forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
- Skills: Solid basic math skills (whole numbers, fractions, decimals), ability to read and complete standard documents, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Reliability: Excellent attendance, punctuality, and a collaborative team attitude.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs by hand.
- Comfort standing, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing throughout your shift.
- Clear vision for reading screens, scanning, and safely navigating equipment.
- This is a 100% on-site role at our warehouse location.

Responsibilities
- Equip & Move: Safely operate warehouse machinery—including Standup, Cherry Pickers, Turret/Reach Trucks, Rider Jacks, and standard Forklifts—to load, unload, and store materials.
- Ship & Receive: Inspect incoming/outgoing freight, check packing lists, sign off on Bills of Lading (BOL), and tag or label cargo accurately.
- Pack & Secure: Load vehicles and install strapping, bracing, or padding so goods arrive safely without shifting or damage.
- Scan & Track: Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory, complete daily production sheets, and maintain prompt paperwork.
- Keep It Safe: Maintain a clean workspace, inspect goods for damage, and work closely with team members to uphold quality and safety standards.
