- 2+ years of hands-on experience in building or industrial maintenance.
- Basic working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment. (Having own tools is a plus!)
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing (leaks, fixtures) and electrical issues (switches, outlets, lighting).
- Inspect machinery, pumps, motors, and facility equipment daily to identify wear or malfunctions.

Responsibilities
- Diagnostics & Inspection: Run electronic diagnostic scans, perform test drives, and visually inspect engine, transmission, steering, and braking systems to identify faults.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled fluid changes (oil, coolant, transmission), filter replacements, tire rotations, wheel balancing, and tune-ups.
- System Repairs: Repair or replace worn and defective components, including brake pads, rotors, shocks, struts, belts, hoses, and exhaust systems.
- Electrical Work: Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, battery systems, alternators, starters, and sensors.
- Documentation & Compliance: Log completed repairs and maintenance tasks accurately, adhere to local safety regulations, and safely dispose of hazardous fluids.
