- Prior experience in picking/packing, warehouse work, or retail stock preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–40 lbs throughout the shift.
- Good eye for detail and basic reading/numerical matching skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for the 8:00 AM start time. Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Standard Day Shift)

Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pull correct apparel items, sizes, and colors from warehouse shelves using pick sheets or scanners.
- Quality Inspection: Check garments for proper tagging, clean condition, and correct labeling before packing.
- Packing & Shipping: Fold, package, seal, and label orders neatly for shipment.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep picking aisles organized, restock bins, and maintain a safe, tidy workspace.
- Daily Targets: Work productively during the 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM shift to hit daily order processing goals.
