Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse tasks including receiving raw ingredients, staging production materials, and preparing outbound shipments.
- Direct daily workflow, assign tasks to warehouse personnel, and support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS software; conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Enforce strict adherence to FDA, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and OSHA safety standards.
- Safely operate and oversee the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks; load and unload freight transport.
- Facilitate effective communication between warehouse staff, production leads, and logistics management in both English and Spanish.
