Position: Entry-Level Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Day Shift
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00 / hour (based on experience)

Our facility is looking for motivated associates to join our team on the Day Shift. You don't need to be a master technician on day one—we are looking for individuals with the drive to learn, and we will train you on the rest while paying a competitive starting wage.
What You Will Learn & Be Trained On:
- Welding & Fabrication: Master MIG, STICK, and TIG welding to repair and build structural equipment.
- Electrical Systems: Gain hands-on experience troubleshooting low-to-high voltage power and control systems safely.
- Hydraulics & Fluid Power: Learn how pumps, valves, and pressurized systems drive heavy industrial machinery.
- Mechanical Systems: Understand mechanical assemblies, power transmission, gearboxes, and precision alignments.
- Blueprint Reading: Learn to read and interpret technical schematics, electrical diagrams, and structural drawings.
- Associates with basic hands-on experience, trade exposure, or a mechanical aptitude.
- A proven track-record with work ethic, attention to safety, and a desire to troubleshoot how things work.
- An eager mindset ready to be mentored by experienced senior technicians and jumpstart a lifelong trade career.
salary: $47,840 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Train alongside senior technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment.
- Assist with mechanical repairs, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Learn to diagnose and work on low- and high-voltage electrical components.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance across the facility.
- Utilize basic tools to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
