- Troubleshoot & Repair: Perform mechanical and electrical repairs across production lines, automated gear, and facility systems.
- PLCs & Diagnostics: Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues, including reading ladder logic and PLC troubleshooting.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine PMs using CMMS to minimize downtime.
- Shutdowns & Overtime: Support planned shutdown activities, machine startups, and occasional planned overtime.
- Safety: Maintain strict OSHA safety standards and a clean work area.
- Experience: Associate degree in a technical field OR 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Electrical & PLCs: skilled electrical troubleshooting background and ability to read PLC ladder logic.
- Technical Skills: Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. CMMS proficiency required; basic welding is a plus.
- Physical & PPE: Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs. Steel-toe boots required (safety glasses provided).
- Work Auth: Eligible to work in the US without restriction.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Perform hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs across production lines, automated equipment, and facility support systems.
- Preventative Maintenance: Maintain a CMMS-tracked log to spot trends, perform routine PMs, and minimize unscheduled downtime.
- System Diagnostics: Utilize your expertise to diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC/instrumentation issues.
- Shutdown & Startup Support: Participate in planned shutdown activities, maintenance scheduling, and machine startups.
- Vendor & Contractor Oversight: Collaborate with OEM vendors for parts pricing and supervise third-party contractors when needed.
- Safety & Workplace Care: Maintain high OSHA safety standards and keep a clean, organized work area.
