Responsibilities
- Conduct regular counts of raw ingredients, packaging, and finished products, updating our system (WMS/ERP) to ensure stock levels stay accurate.
- Check incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments against paperwork (BOLs, purchase orders) to verify correct quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
- Keep stock rotated (FIFO method) to prevent expiration, monitor cooler/freezer temperatures, and assist with lot tracking for food safety standards.
- Move materials from storage to the production line as needed and return finished products back to storage.
- Spot missing, damaged, or misplaced inventory, figure out what went wrong, and work with shipping, production, and QA teams to fix it.
