Responsibilities
- Package & Order Preparation: Safely pack, weigh, label, and stage outgoing orders to ensure safe delivery and compliance with carrier standards.
- Carrier Logistics Management: Generate shipping documentation, bills of lading (BOLs), and shipping labels via major carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, freight/LTL).
- Inbound Inspection & Receiving: Unload incoming shipments, inspect incoming goods for damages, verify packing slips against purchase orders, and record items in the system.
- Inventory Control: Maintain precise inventory records using internal systems, assist with cycle counts, and report stock discrepancies.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work zones clean, organized, and compliant with standard workplace safety guidelines.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics within a warehouse environment.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic to intermediate computer skills, including experience with shipping tools (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip) or standard ERP/inventory software
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive bending or reaching.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, organizational ability, and punctual attendance.
