We’re hiring a Manufacturing Team Lead for an automotive lighting facility in Pulaski, TN. This role is ideal for someone who can support employees on the production floor, respond quickly to issues, and keep safety, quality, and production goals on track.
salary: $21 - $26.5 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 5 PM - 5 AM
education: High School
Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Lead and support team members throughout the shift.
- Assign work, monitor production, and help the team meet daily goals.
- Train employees on work instructions, quality standards, and safe practices.
- Identify quality or equipment concerns and communicate them promptly.
- Work with supervisors and other departments to resolve production issues.
- Maintain clear shift updates and accurate production information.
- Manufacturing experience; automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
- Prior team lead, trainer, or supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on your feet during a 12-hour overnight shift.
- A consistent focus on safety, quality, and treating others with respect.
