Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, debone, and prepare beef, pork, poultry, and other meats
- Portion and package products according to specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Inspect meat for quality and freshness
- Operate and maintain knives, grinders, slicers, and other equipment safely
- Assist with inventory and stock rotation
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers when needed
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
