In this mail production facility, you will ensure daily operations run smoothly, from machine calibration to final prep for morning distribution. Ideal candidates will have previous mechanical inserter experience, a background in manufacturing or distribution, and a proven ability to follow directions.   Responsibilities: Turn on, calibrate, and manage the daily workload on mechanical inserting equipment. Load printed materials into machines that accurately fold, insert, and seal documents. Transfer sealed documents into mail trays, apply protective sleeves, and stack trays neatly on skids. Update the internal tracking system to accurately mark each job as completed. Shrink-wrap completed skids at the end of the shift to prepare for the following morning's pick-up. Collaborate with the wider team to align on daily production priorities and goals. Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (Required). 1+ years of experience operating a mechanical inserter within a mail production facility.understanding of USPS postal regulations (Strongly Preferred). Previous background in digital print, mailing, distribution, or a general manufacturing environment. Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to learn new processes. Commitment to taking direction and producing high-quality work over high-quantity output.
