- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to [50] lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in shop or field environments.

Responsibilities
- Welding Operations: Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Cored welding according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
- Blueprint Reading & Layout: Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and weld symbols to plan the layout, assembly, and welding sequence.
- Material Preparation: Cut, grind, clean, and fit metal components using plasma cutters, oxy-fuel torches, angle grinders, and band saws.
- Quality Assurance & Inspection: Inspect completed welds for flaws, cracks, porosity, or distortion using visual inspection, gauges, or testing equipment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Set up, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on welding machines, gas regulators, torches, and auxiliary tools.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA, AWS, and company safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE and maintaining a clean work area.
