Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship wholesale (B2B) and retail (B2C) orders accurately and efficiently.
- Inbound Receiving: Receive inbound shipments, inspect freight, and verify contents against Purchase Orders (POs) and packing lists.
- Shipping & Logistics: Process orders by pulling carrier routing, printing shipping labels, and preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing slips.
- Systems & Inventory: Receive POs and maintain real-time inventory records using our ERP/WMS software (Oodle).
- Inventory Control: Support routine cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
- Quality Assurance: Identify and flag discrepancies early—including short shipments, damaged stock, or carrier routing issues.
- Experience: 2+ years of warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, comfortable working at a computer, and quick to learn new software applications.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably and operate a manual or electric pallet jack.
- Soft Skills: Reliable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise WMS/ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
- Current Forklift Certification.
- Hours: Monday through Friday, standard 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

- System accuracy: Ensure physical stock matches what is reflected in the Oodle system.
- Flag discrepancies early: Identify and report short shipments, damaged stock, missing documentation, or carrier routing issues before they impact shipping timelines.
