Responsibilities
- Batch Manufacturing: Measure, weigh, and blend raw materials according to specific Master Batch Records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain mixing tanks, pumps, agitators, heating/cooling jackets, and filtration equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Take in-process samples for Quality Control (QC) testing; make minor batch adjustments as directed by laboratory personnel.
- Material Handling: Safely handle raw materials, drums, and tote containers; record inventory usage and report discrepancies.
- Sanitation & Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and sterilize manufacturing kettles, tanks, and transfer lines between batch production runs.
