Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities & Duties
- Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and install industrial manufacturing equipment, including production machinery, conveyances, automated controls, and auxiliary plant utilities.
- System Diagnostics: Diagnose complex electrical issues (480V 3-phase systems, motor controls, drives) and automated systems (PLCs, sensors). Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Fluid Power Maintenance: Perform diagnostics and routine maintenance on high-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves, cylinders, and pumps.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance tasks in accordance with manufacturer specifications and site maintenance plans.
- Work Order Documentation: Log all work activities, parts usage, and preventive maintenance task completions in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS / eMaint)
