What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems (circuits, air lines, flywheels, bearings).
- Read blueprints, schematics, and ladder diagrams.
- Machine custom parts using lathes, mills, grinders, and press tools.
- Maintain PM, machine repair, and OSHA safety records.
- Enforce lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) and install machine guards.
- 5+ years of machine maintenance experience
- Hands-on machining and schematics/blueprint reading skills.
- Teamwork, communication, and safety-first mindset.
salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities
*1) The ability to troubleshoot, repair and rebuild electrical circuits and components such as solenoids, relays, and motors using electrical schematics and ladder diagrams.
*2) The ability to troubleshoot, repair and rebuild pneumatic systems consisting of air compressor, oilier, filters, valves, air-lines, fittings and cylinders.
*3) The ability to troubleshoot, repair and rebuild mechanical systems and components such as flywheels, crankshafts and bearings.
4) Operates lathes, mills, grinders, drills, punch presses, and a variety of pneumatic hand tools to machine parts used in repairing production equipment.
*5) Develops and maintains a complete file of maintenance records including machine repair records, PM records, OSHA records, and other safety documentation.
6) Installs machine guards and cages for presses, feeders and choppers.
*7) Ensures that all lock-out/tag-out procedures are being followed.
