Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week) 1st and 2nd Shift Opportunities available
Salary: $39,520 - $43,680 per year
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar material handling or warehouse role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate forklifts; prior certification is highly preferred.
- Physical capability to lift at least 55 lbs, stand continuously, and perform active physical tasks throughout the workday.
- strong attention to detail, specifically regarding order picking, product labeling, and record-keeping.
- Clear communication skills and a strong team-player mindset to adapt to operational changes.

Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Duties
- Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Stage and transport materials safely to support ongoing production, shipping, and warehouse workflows.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently to fulfill customer orders and manage inbound inventory.
- Properly label products using established company systems to ensure accurate identification and compliance.
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move and store goods.
- Assist with regular inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy and availability.
- Support general warehouse operations, including waste removal, workspace cleaning, and assisting the team lead.
- Strictly follow safety procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
