- Perform preventive maintenance and rapid repairs on conveyors, forklifts, dock doors, and automated gear.
- Troubleshoot electrical components (motors, sensors, relays, control panels) and hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders).
- Read schematics, use diagnostic gear, and log tasks cleanly in the CMMS system.
- Work with operations/safety teams to eliminate downtime and oversee on-site contractors.
- Experience: 3+ years in industrial maintenance (distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing).
- Technical Skills: strong electrical/hydraulic troubleshooting skills and ability to read technical manuals.
- Requirements: HS Diploma/GED (tech degree preferred), 18+ years old, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Perform proactive preventive maintenance and rapid repairs on conveyors, forklifts, dock doors, and automated facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, including motors, sensors, relays, and control panels.
- Diagnose and service hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders) using diagnostic tools and schematics.
- Record preventive maintenance tasks and work orders within the facility’s CMMS system.
- Work closely with operations and safety leadership to eliminate downtime and keep equipment running smoothly.
- Oversee third-party contractors on-site to ensure work meets facility safety and quality standards.
