- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field a plus.
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a production management role.
- Proven experience in managing production teams and improving manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of production equipment and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Highly proficient with MS Office
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Proven experience in managing production teams and improving manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of production equipment and technologies.
- Lead the manufacturing operation during overnight hours.
- Overseeing the flow of the entire facility, removing obstacles, supporting your team, driving production performance, and making critical decisions to keep the business moving.
- Hands-on problem-solving ability.
- Experience supervising in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office, production systems).
