Minimum Qualifications & Requirements -Valid, active Class D Standard Driver’s License (or state equivalent). Clean driving record (MVR) for the past 3+ years. -Age Requirement: Minimum 21 years old (required by federal law for interstate CMV operation). -Driving Experience:1–3 years of verifiable experience driving a 16 ft to 26 ft box truck or medium-duty commercial vehicle, ideally in the NYC Metro/Tri-State area. -Physical DemandsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver heavy freight using material handling equipment.

Responsibilities
- Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a 16 ft to 26 ft non-CDL box truck (with liftgate) throughout urban, suburban, and high-density traffic environments across NY, NJ, and CT.
- Freight Handling: Load, unload, and secure freight using liftgates, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and load straps/e-track systems.
- Route & Schedule Management: Execute assigned routes using company GPS and dispatch apps to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- DOT Compliance: Perform mandatory pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR); maintain required Hours of Service (HOS) logs via Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) or paper logs as mandated.
- Warehouse work and lifting required no exceptions.
