- Technical Aptitude: Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a vital part of keeping our high-tech manufacturing plant operating at peak efficiency. You’ll tackle engaging mechanical and electrical challenges while driving equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated industrial mechanical and electrical machinery.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Diagnose motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), controls, and industrial power systems (120–480 VAC).
- Maintain heavy-duty pumps, hydraulic units, compressed air systems, and steam systems.
- Lead facility improvements, equipment upgrades, and installation projects.
- Work collaboratively with operations to build a safer, more efficient work environment.
