About the Role
We are a leading food manufacturing company in Bay Shore, NY, specializing in authentic Asian food products. We are looking for detailed, dependable Quality Control Technicians to join our production team across all three shifts. In this role, you will help ensure all raw ingredients, packaging, and finished products meet strict quality, food safety, and taste standards.
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Perform routine quality checks on raw ingredients, in-process goods, and finished food items.
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) along production lines to ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
- Conduct temperature checks, visual inspections, weight verifications, and packaging integrity tests.
- Document inspection findings accurately on daily QC logs and reports.
- Collaborate with production operators to flag and correct quality or safety deviations immediately.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards (HACCP / GMP compliance).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Food Manufacturing preferred (experience in Asian cuisine or specialty foods is a plus).
- Basic understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP principles.

- Comfortable working in food processing environments (refrigerated, dry, or warm areas).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to our Bay Shore facility.
