We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage, track, and optimize our stock. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, seamless inbound receiving, and proactive inventory controls.

Responsibilities
- Stock Audits & Counts: Perform daily/weekly cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with digital records (ERP/IMS).
- Record Keeping: Log all incoming shipments, outgoing orders, transfers, and returns in real time.
- Replenishment Tracking: Monitor safety stock and reorder points to prevent both stockouts and overstocking.
- Receiving & Slotting: Inspect inbound goods for damage or errors, label SKUs, and assign proper warehouse storage locations.
- Loss Control & Expiration: Minimize shrinkage (theft/damage) and enforce FIFO/FEFO rules to manage perishable or aging stock.
- KPI & Stock Analysis: Track inventory turnover, identify deadstock or slow-moving items, and generate accuracy reports.
