Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Safely and efficiently operate high-volume automotive manufacturing equipment, such as automated assembly machinery, CNC machines, and manual presses.
- Parts Assembly: Assemble precision metal components into finished automotive engine/powertrain parts according to standardized work instructions.
- Quality & Visual Inspection: Perform routine visual and tactile quality checks to identify defects, verify part tolerances, and ensure all parts meet strict customer specifications.
- Material Handling & Loading: Load raw metal materials, castings, or components into production lines, trays, and conveyors, and package finished goods onto pallets.
- Workplace Safety & Housekeeping (5S): Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation while strictly adhering to plant safety regulations and continuous improvement guidelines.
- Team Collaboration & Production Goals: Work closely with team leads and quality personnel to maintain continuous production flow, meet shift output targets, and report machine malfunctions promptly.
