Responsibilities
- Empaque y Encajado: Empaque rápido y eficiente de productos de panadería (panes, bollería o galletas) en sus bolsas y posterior acomodo en cajas de cartón.
- Etiquetado y Control de Calidad: Colocación de etiquetas (labels), inspección visual del producto terminado y verificación de fechas de expiración o números de lote antes del sellado.
- Cumplimiento de Normas GMP: Aplicación estricta de las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria (GMP) en la línea de producción (uso de redecilla/malla para el cabello, guantes, lavado constante de manos y vestimenta adecuada).
