About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing facility equipment and systems to ensure smooth, safe daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment breakdowns promptly.
- Respond to daily work orders and urgent service requests.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a related trade.
- Troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably on ladders/scaffolding.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; relevant trade certification/license is a plus.
