Shift: 4:50 AM – 1:30 PM (Mon–Thu or Mon–Fri, based on production)
Job Overview We are looking for reliable Production Utility Workers to join our fast-paced bakery manufacturing team in Southbridge, MA.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack, fill, count, and package products on the production line.
- Set up materials and maintain a clean, sanitary, and inspection-ready work area.
- Follow all safety, quality, and food safety (GMP/SQF) guidelines.
- Inspect equipment, report mechanical or product issues, and perform downtime tasks (cleaning, labeling, sweeping).
- Prior food manufacturing or HACCP experience preferred (will train).
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and regularly lift 50+ lbs.
- Good attendance, attention to detail, and schedule flexibility.
